On July 26, 2010 at 8:45 PM officers Ian Conk and Paul Zack were on patrol on Willow Glade Rd. in response to a rash of illegal dumping on this stretch of road which connects Routes 1&9 and E. Linden Ave. The officers observed a 2004 Toyota pickup truck pulled to the side of the road with its lights out. In the bed of the truck, two males were unloading construction debris and dumping it on the property next to the road. The males, Ruben D. Vinanzaca, age 30, of Elizabeth, NJ, and Victor A. Vinanzaca, age 39, of Harrison, NJ, were placed under arrest and issued summonses for violating municipal ordinances for transporting trash from outside the city limits and illegal dumping. They have a court date set for August 11^th at 6:00PM in Linden Municipal Court.
