On
April 26, 2010 at 11:26 PM officers responded to the Laundry World, 1600
E. St. George Ave. on a report of a robbery. The victim, male, age 23,
of Linden, who was a cashier at the business, told police that he went
to take out the trash when he was approached by two males, one armed
with a handgun. He ran back into the store with the suspects chasing
him. They then forced him to the floor and told the customers not to
look at them. One suspect removed cash from the register, approximately
$300.00, and the other suspect took the victim’s wallet, removing
$200.00 cash. Both suspects then fled on foot towards E. St. George
Ave. Suspect# 1, displaying the handgun, was described as black, 6’3"
tall, wearing a long-sleeve army jacket, black pants, black gloves, and
black boots. Suspect # 2 was described as black, 5’2" tall, and was
wearing a black jacket and bluejeans which were cuffed at the bottom.
Both suspects had bandanas covering their faces. Any information on this
