On this date at 8:48 AM, the victim, male, age 50, Chinese tourist, was in the lobby of the Hampton Inn, 501 W. Edgar Rd. when a male approached him and began asking him questions. A second male then walked by and grabbed a black leather bag owned by the tourist. Both males then fled the hotel into the parking lot with the victim in pursuit and entered a 2010 Jeep, color black, Pennsylvania plates HHT1149. The vehicle then sped out of the lot. The victim was not injured. The bag contained both U.S. and Chinese currency, a Canon camera, cell phone, credit card, and Chinese passport.
