Seated Fitness for All Linden Seniors! This Seated Fitness program is designed to help seniors develop strength and enhance their ability to maintain a better quality of life by improving mobility and flexibility. This FREE program promotes stretching and conditioning and also stimulates the cardiovascular system.
Classes will be held on Tuesday & Thursday mornings

The 30 minute classes will be held on the following days: December 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 / January 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30.
