To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Tanisha Hinton; I am the President of Linden Tigers Pop Warner. This weekend one of our Linden resident, as well as one of our long-time coaches experienced a devastating loss, due to a house fire. Thankfully everyone got out safely with no fatalities or injuries with only necessaries and material items being lost. While the residents do reside in the 4th Ward, I am reaching out to all members of our city council to collaborate with us in any efforts to assist this family with immediate and long term needs. The family lost everything in the fire. We are seeking donations of any kind. My contact info is (908) 718-1820 or email@example.com.
At this time, the family wishes to remain anonymous to come to terms with the loss they experienced, but they are willing to accept donations of any kind. On Monday December 18th, 2017 & Tuesday December 19th, 2017 we will be at Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Memorial Park on McCandless St. accepting donations between 5:30pm - 8pm. We appreciate your time and consideration assisting us with this matter.
