SEAT-ercise - Seated Fitness for Seniors

The Seated Fitness program is designed to help seniors develop strength and enhance their ability to maintain a better quality of life by improving mobility and flexibility. This FREE program promotes stretching and conditioning and also stimulates the cardiovascular system.
Classes will be held at the Linden Multi-Purpose Center, 1025 John St., on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 9:30 a.m. This program runs until November 30, 2017.
