Come join the Seniors Walking Club, starting on June 1, 2015 at the Linden Multi-Purpose Center, 1025 John Street. We will be walking Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
"EXERCISE!”Is the answer when doctors are asked by senior citizens what they can do to improve their health. You needn’t think you have to sign up for high-impact aerobics or run 5K races to stay in shape!
All participants must have a note from their doctor clearing them to exercise.
